All orders received by 14:00 on a normal working day will be despatched the same day. Standard delivery via our courier network. Goods normally arrive the next day but allow a delivery period of 2 to 3 days from purchase (subject to stock availability).  WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK.

ORDERS WHICH INCLUDE TILE ADHESIVES, GROUTS AND NO MORE PLY BOARDS:

Tile adhesives, grouts and No More Ply boards will be subject to a £45.00 ex VAT carriage charge if sent by Courier, orders over £500.00 ex VAT will be carriage paid.  If the delivery postcode falls within the Millcot Van (please see map below) delivery area, carriage charges will be based upon the local rate.

No orders will be accepted online for locations outside UK mainland (England, Scotland and Wales only). For Northern Ireland or any other UK island locations please call 01245 227200.

Damaged Goods, Breakages and Product Failure

In the unlikely event of your parcel arriving damaged, please report the problem to our sales team within 24 hours of the receipt of the package, and we will resolve the problem.  PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR THE DELIVERY IN GOOD CONDITION THERE'S IS NOTHING WE CAN DO SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR DELIVERY THOROUGHLY.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A TIMED DELIVERY AND IT DOESN'T ARRIVE ON TIME YOU MUST WRITE THE ARRIVAL TIME ON THE COURIER'S PAPERWORK WHEN SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY.  FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MEAN WE WILL BE UNABLE TO RAISE A CREDIT FOR THE MISSED TIMED DELIVERY.

Product failure upon receipt is unusual, in the unlikely event of the product failing early please contact our sales team who will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.

Please note that faulty products are returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Returns

Here at Millcot we believe in making life simple for our customers and to reflect this our returns policy is straightforward and easy to understand.  Millcot will accept back for credit all goods which are returned in the same condition as that in which they were supplied but reserves the right to levy a 20% handling charge.  Such returns must be made within 28 days of delivery.

However, goods which have been specially ordered, made to a Buyer’s specific instruction or repaired cannot be accepted back for credit.  No returns will be accepted back for credit without a valid returns authorisation number.  Please contact our customer services department before sending any products back for credit and they will supply a returns authorisation number where necessary.  All credits will be supplied in the form of a credit note redeemable off your next order and exclude all carriage charges incurred.
